MBP were delighted when invited to work alongside Wates to supply prehung doorsets for an Extra Care facility in Swadlincote.  This type of building demonstrates MBP’s comprehensive joinery offer.

Some 280 bedrooms, set within vast sprawling communal areas, were supplied with various products.  Each apartment entrance door was supplied complete with lock, letter plate and spyhole. Within the apartment, a warm oak veneer doorset was supplied from the Rapid-Fit brand and included factory fitted CE marked hinges and latches.

The communal areas were a mix of both laminate-faced doors and veneered doors.  Some doorsets were fitted within fully paint- and stain-finished glazed screens.  MBP supplied and fitted the screens along with glazing and manifestation.
