DIMENSIONS
Door frames are shown with corresponding door size. Overall frame size is exact frame dimension.

Gold coloured aluminium low level weatherbar supplied for site fitting as standard.

BUILDING REGULATIONS: PART L
To assist compliance with the 'Robust Planning' guidance for the Building Regulations Part L, a deeper threshold is optionally available with all timber door frames. Order using +ROB as suffix to the standard code.

BUILDING REGULATIONS: PART M
Under the Building Regulations (Part M), a clear opening of 775mm is required for exterior doors. This is achievable by use of a standard 838 x 1981mm door. Part M also requires low level thresholds in specified locations with a maximum up-stand of 15mm.
Premdor offer an exterior mobility door frame range which will allow these requirements to be met assuming the hardwood threshold (where fitted) is installed in accordance with the "Guidance for House Builders and Designers" document available fro:wwwtso.co.uk
